What types of garments do you specialize in?

We specialize in woven garment manufacturing for Men, Women, and Kids. Our categories include dresses, tops, shirts, jumpsuits, co-ord sets, trousers, sleepwear, and more.

Do you offer end-to-end services or pure fabrication?

We offer complete flexibility. We can handle both pure fabrication/CMT (you supply the fabric, we cut and stitch) and complete end-to-end manufacturing (we manage everything from fabric sourcing and product development to final packaging and dispatch).

Where is your manufacturing unit located?

Our premium manufacturing unit is located at B-39, Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida - 201301, India.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We are built to serve both boutique labels looking for small-quantity batches and established brands needing high-volume production.

What is your monthly production capacity?

Our facility has a production capacity of approximately 6,000 to 8,000 pieces per month.

Do you cater to international clients?

Yes, we ship globally. Our current primary export markets include the UAE, UK, Europe, and the USA.

Sampling & Production Timelines

What is the lead time for product samples?

Our sample lead time is typically 5 to 7 days.

How long does bulk production take?

Once bulk orders are confirmed and tech packs are finalized, our bulk lead time ranges between 30 to 45 days.

What is your policy on sample approvals?

We develop fast proto and pre-production samples with a structured fit approval process. We do not move forward with bulk production until you are fully satisfied and have officially signed off on the sample.

What quality benchmarks do you follow?

Quality is strictly maintained using inline QC and final inspections based on the buyer's AQL standards. Every cutting batch tracks grain alignment, print direction, and precise batch ticketing to ensure total consistency across size runs.

What kind of machinery does your facility use?

Our floor is equipped with specialized, industry-standard machinery to ensure premium stitch quality, including the JACK Double-Needle Lockstitch Machine and the JUKI Feed-off-the-Arm Machine.
